These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, software, and services operated by Multi Zone Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company based at 6-C, 1st Floor, Trust Plaza, Main G.T Road, Gujranwala, 52250, Pakistan, including but not limited to the products offered through mzcorp.com, umerkhokhar.com, and websupporthq.com (each a “Service,” together the “Services”).

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

1. Who can use our Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, and able to form a binding contract, to use our Services. If you’re using a Service on behalf of a company, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What we provide

Our Services include web development consulting, WordPress maintenance and care plans, and software products including but not limited to school management tools and outreach/lead-generation software. The specific features, scope, and pricing of each product are described on that product’s own page and in any order confirmation, quote, or invoice we send you. Where a specific product page or signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific document governs for that product.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, or that go unused/unpaid for an extended period.

4. Payments, billing, and taxes

Payments for our Services are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, collects payment, and is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST on transactions, in accordance with Paddle’s own terms, which you also agree to at checkout.

Subscription products renew automatically at the interval shown at signup (monthly, annually, etc.) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals but doesn’t automatically refund the current billing period — see our Refund Policy for how that’s handled.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may vary by region due to local tax requirements. We can change our prices, but we’ll give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect on their next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach our systems, or interfere with other users
  • Resell or sublicense a Service without our written agreement, unless the specific product is explicitly sold as white-label
  • Use the Services to build a directly competing product using our software or source code

We can suspend access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you’re violating this section.

6. Intellectual property

We own the software, designs, documentation, and content that make up our Services. Using a Service gives you a license to use it as intended — it doesn’t transfer ownership of our code, trademarks, or content to you. Any custom deliverables built for you under a separate consulting agreement (e.g. through umerkhokhar.com) are governed by the ownership terms in that specific agreement or invoice, not by this general clause.

You keep ownership of the data and content you upload into our software products (e.g. student records in the school platform, contact lists in Outreach OS). You’re responsible for having the legal right to upload that data — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep our software and hosted services reliably available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We can perform maintenance, and we’ll try to give notice for anything that requires planned downtime. We’re not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors) that we don’t directly control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that our software will be error-free or that consulting advice will produce a specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation isn’t permitted under the law that applies to you (which may give you additional rights we can’t override, for example under EU or UK consumer protection law).

9. Termination

Either party can stop using/providing a Service at any time, subject to any minimum term stated in a specific product’s pricing page or signed agreement. We’ll try to give reasonable notice before discontinuing a product entirely, and where practical we’ll help you export your data first.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your own country gives you rights that can’t be waived by contract — in that case, those local rights still apply to you. Any dispute that can’t be resolved directly between us will be subject to the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan, unless local law requires otherwise for consumer disputes.

11. Changes to these Terms

We can update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and for active subscribers we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
